RENTAL PROCESS
REQUEST = Gear or / and Crew Shortage requirement.
You can either rent it or purchase it. Therefore we have a concept of the Rental Request or Purchase Request.
Use any of the following buttons to create one:
Opportunity = other company is missing gear or crew and their Request displays to you as an Opportunity.

You use Opportunity in 2 ways:
In order to display only relevant opportunities you need to set up your regional preference.
You can set up:
Due to the nature of Europe it can happen that your radius reached inside other country. You can either let it be or decide to limit the setting only within the country of interest.
CITY with a large radius which can "overflow" to a neighbouring country
CITY with a large radius limited to the same country only
MULTIPLE CITIES
OFFER = your response to a Request (Gear or Crew requirements) by others.
You can respond in a fast way with a very basic information = QUICK OFFER or directly via more detailed FULL OFFER.
Once you create your offer you can find it under My Offers view:
QUICK OFFER = this is in principle an indication of your interest with very few fields to fill in.
FULL OFFER means that you reply to each individual line item with all detailed info needed.
You either have the exact item as requested or you might offer an alternative, see screenshots below.

DEAL is created once the agreement is reached between a Requester [a person or a company with gear or crew shortage] and the Offeror = a person or a company answering to some opportunity.
You can see your DEALS under the menu item MY DEALS.
Negotiation is used during a communication between Offeror (a responding party to an Opportunity) and the Requester (gear / crew shortage request creator).
You can use a Messaging window for it or tools during Full Offer creation. In principle you can negotiate on a specific Item, Price or Quantity.
Once the deal has been reached a DICL document is created. DICL = Deal Inventory Check List. You can find it within your Deal list.

Emergency Request is intended to be used once you are at the event and have some last minute emergency. The entry is much faster plus we notify subscribed companies directly about your requirement.
There are many various notifications you can set up. Some of them are activated by default while others are to be activated at a user discretion. To access your settings click on your avatar --> select "My Settings" --> select "Notification settings".
